About
Built by an owner,
for owners.
We help Malaysian business owners get more of the right customers without working longer hours. Based in Melaka. Everything we build is yours.
Who we are
A small team in Melaka that helps owners stop being the glue.
Pillar Solutions is the brand of Pillar360 Solutions Sdn. Bhd.. We help business owners get found when customers ask, answer every enquiry, and run the business in one place. Then we hand all of it over in the owner's name.
Our aim is simple: help Malaysian businesses sell more, spend less and run better. The way we do it is just as simple. Understand how you really work, build what fits, and leave you with something you own.
Founder
Seven years on rented software. Then he built his own.
Kelvin Loh
Founder and Director
Kelvin has run Fitcom Fitness for seven years. For most of that time it ran on rented software: a booking tool here, a chat tool there, a website he could not take with him. He was the glue holding it all together, and none of it was his.
When he finally built his own system, the gym in Melaka and Seremban started running on it, and he got his time back. Pillar Solutions exists to build that for other owners.

Questions
About the company.
Who is behind Pillar Solutions?
Pillar Solutions is the brand of Pillar360 Solutions Sdn. Bhd., a Malaysian company registered on 16 June 2026 and based in Melaka. It was started by Kelvin Loh, who runs Fitcom Fitness in Melaka and Seremban.
Why would a gym owner start a company like this?
Because for seven years he ran his gym on software he rented and never owned. Every tool belonged to someone else, every change meant waiting, and leaving meant losing his customer list. So he built his own, and now Pillar builds the same for other owners: systems they keep.
What can Pillar Solutions help my business with?
Getting found when customers ask ChatGPT or Google, answering every enquiry, running bookings and follow-ups in one place, and making the AI your team already uses safe and useful. See all four on the services page.
Where are you?
Our business address is 08-05, Block B, Jalan Tun Perak, Pangsapuri Tun Perak, Sungai Melaka, 75300 Melaka, Malaysia. Everything happens online, so we work with owners across Malaysia and you never need to travel.
Will you use my customer details for other clients?
Never. What we build for you is set up in your own name and on your own accounts. Your customer details stay with you, and your content is used only for your business.
What happens if we stop working together?
You keep everything. Your website, your system and every account are already in your name, so there is nothing to hand back and nothing gets switched off.
