AEO Website or AEO + Business OS, at one fixed price in writing. Paid once. Think of it like renovating your shop: you pay once and the shop is yours. 3 months of care after handover is included.
Monthly care. Optional. Like a building's service charge: we keep it running, safe and up to date, and make 2 to 3 small changes a month. Stop with 30 days notice.
Growth help, such as our Get Found programme: new answers, new articles and regular checks on what AI says about you. Like hiring a marketing team, only when you want one.

- Work starts after the first payment. You only pay once you have seen the plan in writing.
- You can spread the build payment over the 3 months of the build. The dates are agreed in writing before you decide.
- Monthly care and growth help are paid monthly and stop with 30 days notice.
- Outside costs are passed on at cost. You see the receipt.

How do you set the price?
Every job has one fixed price. We give it to you in writing after a short chat about your business. You know the full amount before you decide, and it does not change halfway. WhatsApp us for the current price.
Do I really pay only once?
Yes. The AEO Website and AEO + Business OS are each paid once. There is no rent and no monthly fee for the build. Everything is handed over in your name, all of it.
Must I take monthly care?
No. The first 3 months of care after handover are already included. From month 4 it is optional, paid monthly, and you can stop with 30 days notice. If you stop, everything stays yours.
What does monthly care cover?
We keep your website running, safe and up to date, we keep an eye on it, and we make 2 to 3 small changes a month, such as a new price or a new staff photo. New features, new content and ad money are separate.
Can I pay in parts?
Yes. You can spread the payment over the 3 months of the build. We start work after the first payment. WhatsApp us and we put the payment dates in writing before you decide.
What is the difference between AEO Website and AEO + Business OS?
Both give you a website ChatGPT and Google recommend when customers ask, with the full 90 day programme. AEO + Business OS also gives you one place to run bookings, customers and follow-ups. You pick the 3 things you need most. See the AEO + Business OS page for the full list.
How is Kommo CRM charged?
Per user, per month, in three plans: Base, Advanced and Pro. Most teams are happy with Advanced. Pro is for teams that will really use its built-in AI helpers. Ask us and we will work out the price for your team size.
Why is AI Infrastructure priced after a check?
Because every team uses AI differently. We first check how your team uses AI today, then quote the work. You keep what we found either way.
What is not in the price?
Money you spend on ads, your website address and other outside fees. These are passed on at cost.
