Our founder's own gym, and the first business we built the full system for: a website that brings customers in, trial classes people can book and pay for on their own, and the tools the team uses every day.

Fitcom Fitness is a personal training and Muay Thai gym in Melaka and Seremban. Our founder, Kelvin Loh, runs it. For years it ran on rented tools, one for each job, and on him.
Someone wanted to try a class? That meant chatting back and forth on WhatsApp, waiting for a payment screenshot, then typing everything in by hand. Job applications landed in the same chats as new customers. The link in the gym's social profile went to someone else's page. The business worked, but only when someone was there to hold it together.
Before Pillar built anything for another business, we fixed it here first. Real members, real coaches, our own money.

All of it is live on fitcomfitness.com. A new customer can find the nearest branch, read what other members say, book a trial and pay without waiting for anyone to reply. People who want to work there have a proper way in. The team spends less time typing and chasing, and more time with members.
This is what we now build for other businesses. We know how it behaves on a busy day because we run our own gym on it every day.

What did Pillar build for Fitcom Fitness?

Why is Fitcom the first story?
Because it is our founder's own gym. We wanted every piece to work on a real business, with our own money, before we offered it to anyone else.

How does booking a trial work for the customer?
They open the link for the trial and branch they want, choose one or two people, confirm their phone number with a code sent to them, and pay online by bank transfer or e-wallet. Their member account and invoice are ready straight away. Nobody at the gym has to type anything in.
How do people find Fitcom through AI?
When someone asks ChatGPT or Google about personal training or Muay Thai in Melaka or Seremban, the website is set up so the AI can understand who Fitcom is and which branch is where, and recommend it.
